Our Commitment

We want everyone to be able to use robertwrieden.com and swrcf.com, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, voice control, magnification, or other assistive technology. We are working to make the Sites easier to use and to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, which are widely recognized standards for web accessibility and support our obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act.

What We Do

• Use clear headings, readable text, and sufficient color contrast.
• Make links, buttons, and forms usable with a keyboard and clearly labeled.
• Provide text descriptions for meaningful images where we control the content.
• Design pages to work on phones, tablets, and computers, and when text is enlarged.
• Review new pages and updates for accessibility, and fix problems we find.

Known Limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and some parts of the Sites may not yet fully meet these standards. In particular, property search, map, and listing tools are provided by third parties, including Stellar MLS and our IDX provider, and listing photos and descriptions are supplied by listing brokers. We cannot always control the accessibility of that content, but we raise issues with those providers and work to improve what we can.

If you have trouble using any part of the Sites, or you need information in another format, please tell us what you were trying to do, the page address, and the assistive technology you use. We aim to respond within two business days and to give you a way to get the information or service you need.

You do not need to use the website to work with us. We are glad to search for listings, send property details, and handle questions by phone, text, or email.
